dns prefetch problem

DNS prefetch has nothing to do with how people access your site. It’s used to tell your viewer’s browsers “hey, I’m going to get content from this place a bit later. You may want to look up the address now.”

if i disable cache on browser, this code not showing in the code. is that theme issue?
