• Hello all,

    I’ve tried to turn on and properly configure DNS prefetch in this plugin to solve the “minimize DNS lookups” issue when measuring pagespeed but seems to have no effect.

    The type of input I entered in the prefetch host field is:
    //domain.com/
    Some examples:
    //stats.wp.com/
    //staticxx.facebook.com/

    Is it correct? Thanks for your attention.

    P.S. here’s the pingdom results. I entered all the dns mentioned in the corresponding section.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Update: fixed the problem by removing the final slash in the domain list.

    Also I want to ask you if you’ve tested the syntax of AMP pages when your plugin introduces the dns in the header. AMP validation tools throws an error telling that the parent tag of these dns headers is @root while it should be head.

    It is also making the AMP syntax invalid and making Google webmaster throw errors prompting users to fix it. Possibly a compatibility issue with Yoast Glue for AMP or other similar plugin? Know how I could fix that error in AMP pages?
