DNS Prefetch

This will remove the meta tags from your code, which imply the Prefetching of mentioned DNS’s.

That’s good as long as these are other domains but if I want to use Prefetching my own website links for better user experience ( like this )is it going to stop this functionality too?

Yes, it will also remove that kind of prefetching. Try using this filter to remove the specific tags, individually https://www.wp-hide.com/documentation/wphob_start_callback/ or if use the PRO, there’s a graphical interface for that https://www.wp-hide.com/documentation/general-html-text-replace/
