DNS for multisite

  • Hi I have been configuring and writing a number of sites under worpress multisite, self hosted.

    I now comes to the time where I am ready to put this on the net but I’m having issues with DNS.

    I have read wordpress multisite needs to have the domain name resolved rather than host name

    For example google.com should resolve to 1.1.1.1
    I can do this in my host file but I can’t see how to do it with my domain provider 123-reg

    Does anyone know how to configure 123-reg or any other domain provider to resolve the domain name and not a host?
