    Good morning, we need to inform the client’s nif/cif number for our invoices, so we use your plugin to add this field in the billing details form. The plugin works fine when the client fills in the field during the shopping process, but when the order is created from woocommerce directly (we do this when the clients ask us to do it for them), this nif/cif field is not saved in the database. We have tried to enter it again once the order is created, update the order, but the field keeps being empty.
    Please advice.

    Please confirm you have selected all admin options of field editor

    Hi @sebastopolys, thank you for your response. Those options are not available in the free version of your plugin, at least it is what it says on the screen:

    Listado Mostrar en la pantalla de visualización de los pedidos
    (Esta es una característica premium)
    Ordenado Permite la ordenación en la pantalla de visualización de los pedidos
    (Esta es una característica premium)
    Filtrado Permite el filtrado en la pantalla de visualización de los pedidos
    (Esta es una característica premium)

    Is there any other way of activating the Listable option?

    Sorry, I didn’t realize that you might not have the premium version.

    Please confirm you have the latest version of the plugin and that your overall website is up to date (plugins, theme, WP core)

    Also, debug as following if you haven’t done yet:

    • Deactivate plugins one by one checking each time.
    • Switch to Storefront theme and test
    • Disable any custom scripts you might have
    • .

    You might need to clean cache each time
