{dms} works only once per page…

    Also, same thing happens when I use the widget instead. Only the first instance on the page, any page, works.

    Thanks for reporting the problem. In a few hour I will have the chance to have a look at this issue and will let you know what might be the problem.

    Hello,

    The problem was the on the same page there are more then on select field and the select field had id which in this case was duplicating. So the jQuery didn’t know whit which one to work.
    Any way, I have released a new version of the plugin with a fix for it. Please update and tell does this works for you.
