DMOZ description used by Google?

  • In spite of using the noodp site wide, Google is all of sudden using my companies DMOZ description for my keyword listings.

    This may have happened due to a recent WordPress SEO update in which the homepage title/meta info was moved to the page itself and out of the plugin.

    The question is, since Google could briefly not find a meta description, did it grab it from DMOZ in spite of the noodp?

    How long will it take to be updated and cached?
