    Hi guys,

There is a DKIM signing error when an email using my custom template is sent:

Gmail says: dkim=neutral (body hash did not verify)
    Yahoo says: dkim=permerror (bad sig)

However if the email is sent with your templates there are no problems. Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

I’ve just discovered the problem (there are 2).

    1. When I paste the source code of my template (created in an external HTML editor) into the Newsletters template “source” view and save, everything works. However if I switch out of “Source” before I hit save, it fails DKIM validation. So I think the WYSIWYG editor in the templates section is doing some kind of re-formatting which is breaking my template somehow. Is it possible to add an option to disable to visual editor?

    2. PHPMailer doesn’t generate the correct DKIM hash when certain content (for example a “mailto” link) is in an email, and the DKIM is reported as invalid. Is there a way to solve this? Perhaps a newer version of PHPMailer?

Thank you for all the information on this.

We are currently logging this and investigating it so that we can test and resolve the problem.

And thank you for your patience in this matter.

We have tested this thoroughly in various ways but cannot reproduce it.

Each time the newsletter is sent, it shows a dkim=pass header as it should.

Do you have any specifics that we can try/test?
