I’m not using the mailpoet sending service. I have configured an SMTP Account for sending. DKIM is setup for this domain.

If I login my webhoster and use their webmail with the domain, all mails will be signed with DKIM.
If I send a test mail through mailpoet the mail is not DKIM signed.

Any idea what this can be and how to solve it?

  • Hi there,

Just to clarify you mentioned your using SMTP, but also mentioned your host’s email.

It’s possible your hosts’ email using PHP Mail is set up to sign with the DKIM, but that the SMTP account.

You’d need to contact the SMTP provider to check that for you.

    Thanks!

Ok, got it… Now I setup the account in my mail client, sent out an mail through SMTP and checked the header of the recieved mail… DKIM is working.

So it is nothing with my webhoster, it is an issue with Mailpoet.
