DKIM is not working anymore

  • Hi,

    For some reason our emails are having bad deliverability because the DKIM is not working anymore. Its currently on our server with 3 different CNAME as directed but it wont enable anymore, its constantly disabled. Each time I enable it just duplicates the 3 CNAME to use.

    So email verification is enabled, but DKIM is failing for some reason. So I am getting lots of undeliverable emails from Amazonses.com
    Is it possible to use another mailer, because we use Brevo for everything else like marketing campaigns?

    If are using a custom email with DKIM records, so you have a Pro license, is that right?
