DKIM headers not generated

  • Hi there and thanks for such a nice plugin.

    We run a network of WP sites, with a set of fine of mail servers. Our mail servers use SPF, DKIM and DMARC, among other features, to prevent mail spoofing and ensure deliverability. I noticed that, when using this plugin, DKIM default header is not generated. The lack of the DKIM header makes services such as Hotmail believe the message belongs to the Junk folder. Moreover, the lack of DKIM along with sites that enforce DMARC policies make these rites reject all mail.

    Can anybody help me out with this? I’m including below 2 mails sources, one sent using the test feature at Easy WP SMTP, the other using our regular webmail program. Both SMTP settings are exactly the same, authenticated user is the same.

  • Hi, can you confirm the settings in the plugin are correct? Also you might like to enable debug mode and then check the log file after you carried out a test.

    Yes, I can confirm settings are correct. Email address is declared, Name is also declared, SMTP server is correctly declared ( mail.cibernetik.net) , as well as STARTTLS with port 587 (SSL and port 465 was also tested, test messages sent). SMTP user declared (same as email address) and password too. Sending test messages arrive without DKIM header as stated in my first post
