Hi, can you confirm that your dkim settings are set to strict? Can you perform a DKIM signature test and show me that the result is dkim=pass ?

Some customers do not have a problem and other do, depending on how strict the safety controls of the receiving mailserver.

We just use the default wp_mail function in WordPress to send emails. Here’s a brief explanation of how it operates.

Compose Email: WordPress assembles email content.
wp_mail Function: The function sends the email.
WordPress Prepares: The email is prepared for delivery, connecting to your server.
Email Delivery: Your email server delivers the email.

The DKIM signature issue is typically tied to your email server’s configuration. We recommend verifying your server’s DKIM settings. For DKIM concerns, please reach out to your hosting provider or email server administrators.
