I needed to add a field for “Division” to the plugin, so I manually edited the plugin. I don’t like doing that, so would it be possible you could add that field to the next version so we don’t loose our changes? If not, could you tell us how we might add that field without modifying your code? I couldn’t find any hooks for adding fields/columns.

You can download my modifications here.

Just do a search for “division” throughout the code and you’ll see all the places I had to modify.

    Thank you.

Have you considered contacting the plugin author via his web site?

    Hi newtonwp,
Your timing is impeccable. I just posted a request for input on the next version of the Game Schedules plugin. (If you are interested you can subscribe to that newsletter on my site.) The plugin now allows you to show, hide, and/or re-label all the fields. I can add a ‘spare’ field for whatever purpose you wish. However, what I would prefer to do, and will do when the MSTW framework is reconstructed, is allow you to add a ‘league’ selected from the League Standings plugin. I’m not sure which direction the link will go just yet, but how does that sound for your purposes? There’s going to be big changes in the concept of “team” across all the plugins.

    Let me know.
