    Hi,

After upgrading Divi and WordPress, we encountered a conflict caused by the plugin that resulted in our website shutting down. Many modules on our website depend on Divi Torque.

Could you please advise on how we can resolve this issue?

    Thank you.

    Hi there @emaeagle ,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the conflict you have encountered after updating Divi and WordPress.

    1. The Divi Torque Lite users, including our live testing websites, haven’t faced this particular issue with the latest Divi and WordPress versions.
    2. I recommend starting by disabling all plugins and then gradually reactivating them one by one. This method will help pinpoint the specific plugin causing the conflict.
    3. From our end, we can confirm that Divi Torque is fully compatible with the latest versions of Divi and WordPress. This suggests that the issue may be related to another plugin or a specific configuration rather than a direct conflict with Divi Torque.

By following these steps, we hope to isolate and resolve the underlying cause of the conflict swiftly. If you encounter any difficulties or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us.

    Best regards,
    Asif Hossain
