Divi Torque Image Carousel

    We are using the torque image carousel on many of our pages, some set to display one ad and to use navigation not automatically scroll and others set to scroll. The lightbox option is always turned on. This works fine in the desktop mode. However, none of the carousel images open in the lightbox on the phone or tablet view. I have personally tested with an iphone and they do not open in a lightbox. How can I set this to function properly on all devices. Thank you

    Hello @dmsgroupllc ,

    A caching problem could be the reason behind this. One of the most common culprits to any Divi issue is the Divi cache. You can find this setting in your WordPress Dashboard by going to
    Divi>Theme Options>Builder>Advanced.

    At the very least, make sure to hit that “CLEAR” button!

    Also, try to remove/delete any types of cache files to see if they are resolved. Browser cache, Divi et-cache, WP-Rocket, and Divi Rocket server-wide caching could be the reason also.
