    Hi there,

    I have both the free version and the pro version and they are not working after the most recent update. The plugin settings are blank on the site.
    First thing I checked was if this site had been activated at Freemius but my entire purchase and website keys and activations have been removed!
    I have reached out to Freemius but they will probably not respond as my plugin is not showing on that portal and due to their stupid ticket system I can only send a ticket for a different plugin, which I have done.
    I can see my invoice with my lifetime purchase but that is it, the Divi Torque Pro is not on the list of purchased plugins.

    Can you help as I have many client’s sites now not working correctly.
    I have disabled all the other plugins on the site, the free versin of divi torque is up to date but as I can’t download the pro version so I assume it’s up to date.
    Divi is up to date.

    Do you know what is going on with this?

    I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have faced with the recent update of the Divi Torque plugin. To resolve the issue, I recommend downgrading the plugin to version 3.5.8, which you can download easily from our website.

    Furthermore, to address the issue with the Pro version, please open a support ticket on our website, providing us with all the relevant details. We will do our best to assist you in resolving this issue.

    Thanks Fahim,

    I picked up your response on yur ticketing system and replied there.
    Everything is now working again so thank you very mush for such great support and it is a great comfort to now that support is willing and able when it is most needed!
