• Hi, I’m working with Divi Extra theme and the Polylang plugin but am having some trouble. I have followed the documentation for using the plug in and have got to the stage where I am changing content for each of the translated pages. The problem is when I go to save in the Divi builder I get this error message:

    Registration Failed
An error occurred while saving your page. There are various issues that can cause a backup failure, such as a lack of server resources, firewall blockages, plugin conflicts, or server misconfiguration. You can try saving again by clicking Try Again, or you can download a backup of your unsaved page by clicking Download Backup. Backups can be restored using the portability system when you next edit your page.

Contacting your host and asking them to increase the following PHP variables can help: memory_limit, max_execution_time, upload_max_filesize, post_max_size, max_input_time, max_input_vars. In addition, auditing your firewall’s error log (such as ModSecurity) may reveal false positives that prevent backups from completing.

Finally, it is recommended to temporarily disable all WordPress plugins and browser extensions, then try to backup again to determine if something is causing a conflict.

This only happens on the pages cloned to translate, not the rest of the site. I have tried disabling all of the plugins (except Polylang) and clearing the cache to no avail. Also, I can edit using the classic editor with no saving issues, but I then lose my Divi layouts.

I would appreciate any help you can give me ??
