• Hi! I have had a few folks look at my site.

I made a Loom that shows the different browsers and my website acting up.

These are the most important apps/integrations I need for my courses:
    Wordpress
    Divi theme
    Learndash

Someone worked on my site July 8, 2022 – my site has not worked properly since then. I’ve had someone else “fix” it and it has shown some updates, but, still not working.
You can see in the video that all browsers show different versions of my website. And, when you move the borders / change the page display, everything jumbles / gets warped. It’s possibly something with the settings of the borders and/or cache?

Suspected issue: Divi theme, possibly Learndash settings, but, I really think it’s Divi – although the Divi people looked at it and said it’s not their issue.

    Everything I’ve tried:
Divi – says not their issue.
cpanel host – says they did a cache purge – I did as well and it didn’t work.
I taked to Mac – did a hard reset.
    Cleared cache on all browsers.
    Tried incognito browsers.
    Cleared WP cache.

See issues here on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox – with visitor view and admin view – they’re all different:

Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/

Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
