Divi Theme – Preview and Shortcode Doesn't Show Button

  • Hi there,
    I’m working on a Divi theme. I downloaded your plugin on another website I’m working on. It’s WordPress 4.6, on a Bridge theme. It works fine there – preview and shortcode. But for some reason, it doesn’t work for me. I downloaded twice. Any insight? Perhaps it’s not compatible with Divi theme – also I’m running WP 4.3.5.
