• I want to put my own logo up on the nav menu. I have followed all the instructions on this, watched all the videos and no-one seems to have the problem I am having. It is driving me crazy. When I click on the upload button in the Divi Theme Options section to get my logo file, nothing happens. I should get the media library screen up so i can select the file bit it doesn’t appear.

I have updated everything, checked everything I can think of and even deactivated Divi and reactivated it.

    Divi Version 3.0.65
    Wordpress Version 4.9.1

I don’t want to have to get some menu plug-in just to fix this bug. Someone please help?!

Can you post a link of your homepage? Also have you tried reinstalling Divi?

To rule out any theme or plugins conflict, try:
    – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

If the above steps do not help, then, please contact the author directly on their site. As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.

Also, forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.
