Divi Theme Options logo upload button not working

    I want to put my own logo up on the nav menu. I have followed all the instructions on this, watched all the videos and no-one seems to have the problem I am having. It is driving me crazy. When I click on the upload button in the Divi Theme Options section to get my logo file, nothing happens. I should get the media library screen up so i can select the file bit it doesn’t appear.

    I have updated everything, checked everything I can think of and even deactivated Divi and reactivated it.

    Divi Version 3.0.65
    Wordpress Version 4.9.1

    I don’t want to have to get some meny plug-in just to fix this bug. Someone please help?!

    www.remarpro.com forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so we wouldn’t even know why some feature of a commercial theme or plugin is not working.

    yes, problem solved ..> contacted eleganttheme support and they solved it, problem was an old version of divi – did you check if you key in the correct API Key?

    If that doesn’t work you should really contact the elegantthemes support team!

    I had the same issue, and I deactivated a plugin ‘shortpixel’ and that fixed it.
