Divi theme gone from dashboard–gone where?

  • I had Divi theme installed but now it says it’s basically not there, says “Divi version false. By false. false false”

    I tried re-installing it and it said “Could not create directory. /home/bsscom/batikstreet.com/wp-content/themes/Divi/
    Theme installation failed.
    I have chat questions in to Elegant Themes (Divi) but no answer yet.
    Anyone know what’s going on, does it have to do with a latest WP update or something?

    Try deleting that directory then reinstalling. Via FTP or the file manager app in your hosting control panel, delete wp-content/themes/Divi.

    For Divi specific questions: You’re using a commercial/premium theme so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
