Email Opt-in Mailchimp lists is empty

  • Greetings,

    We are using Divi theme and currently have experience an issue with using Email Opt-in Module.

    We are using Mailchimp and have included API key in Divi theme settings, however, no lists show up in the module itself.

    Has anyone experienced anything like this or were able to resolve this issue?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    @jdembowski Not sure if you are familiar with Elegant Themes but they do not offer support to people that use their product unless you purchase their membership to all their themes and support just comes with it. This is the only place we found where possibly we can connect with someone who have had similar issue or knows how to fix it without us having to re-buy the theme that we already purchased and are using.
