Technically speaking the event page is not a “real” page. It uses the archive template.
The simplest thing to do would be to use a Divi child theme and create a custom header template for the archive page.

Divi uses index.php for that. The following article is pretty useful https://divi.help/threads/custom-archive-page.3956/

The other approach would be to do a template override for the calendar views where you are calling a different header https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/guide/customization/
