Divi Theme Builder

This plugin seems to fail when using Theme Builder in DIVI. I the theme builder is not used, it seems to work. With a Theme Builder item on the page, it will not load images.

I am working on a redesign of a website with Divi. Both sites have Divi installed along with all the same plugins, but on one site it works https://www.pinkrooster.net/monthly-features/ and on the other one it doesn’t https://new.pinkrooster.net/monthly-features/.
It doesn’t make sense. I’ve cleared the cache multiple times, unplugged all plugins, installed the default WordPress theme, and changed the permalinks. Nothing makes it work.
So, I don’t think this is a Divi issue.
