    Hi,

On our Divi + Themify Product Filter demo, it is working fine: https://themify.me/demo/themes/divi-filter/. On your site, there are errors: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2NuB25KY. It might be related to cache/minify. Try to disable any cache/minify plugin you have.

    Hey!

I really appreciate your quick response!!

So, I deactivated all possible plugins except for the divi theme and woocommerce and after inspecting the element i am returning a

“DevTools failed to parse SourceMap: https://www.sundayladi.com/wp-content/themes/Divi/js/custom.unified.js.map”

not gonna lie not that knowledgeable in coding. Could it be that the shop module in divi has to have specific settings or to theme build more pages?

Your site has a minify/cache plugin that is caching all scripts: https://share.getcloudapp.com/v1urAdY5. Try to disable that. About the other JS errors, perhaps it is better to contact Elegant Themes support.

    Hello Themify,
I posted this on another thread but I thought it might be better to be in this thread instead.

I’m having a hell of a time getting the filters to work on Archive Pages using the DIVI Shop module. In the DIVI Shop Module, i’m selecting the following options:
    1. Product View Type: Recent Products — the archive pages i’m trying to hit with this are the brand pages so i want to make sure all the products with the selected brand archive pages load
    2. Use Current Page: Enabled — i want to display only the products that are appropriate to the respective Brand Archive pages
    3. Pagination: i’ve set it to both yes and no but it doesn’t seem to matter in the results

In the Themify Filter, i’ve selected the following:
    Layout: vertical
Empty Fields: Do not show field if empty
Product Sorting: YES — Hide product sorting
Pagination Option: Load More and Standard (i’ve switched between the two to see if that helped but it still doesn’t seem to work)
    Products Per Page: 12
Toggle Field Groups: Allow field groups toggle-able
Reset Button: Add reset button at every field group
    Logical Relationship Between Taxonomies: AND
Result Page Template: Show results on the same page

While the initial load seems to work (loads only the products on the respective Archive Page), it appears that the filters are not specific to that archive (it appears they relate to the entire database). That is, on this page (https://formtekgroup.wpstagecoach.com/brands/b-and-k/) there are only 9 products showing for Brand = B&K… this is correct. But as you can see, the filters on the page allow for far more than 9 products. And when any of those filters is invoked, it shows products that are NOT Brand = B&K. Additionally, when all the filters are then re-set, a 10th product shows up from Dahlstrom.

Please help when you get a sec — I’d be happy to jump on a GTM / Skype / Zoom if that helps.

    Thanks again.

    Hi Dani,

The product filter plugin doesn’t detect the current displaying products and filter attributes within the displaying products. When user selects a category or attribute, it will load products from the selected category/attribute. Does this clarify your doubt?

    Hi Themify…
    Thank you for the response…

So if i’m understanding you correctly, the filter plugin won’t technically work with the DIVI Shop Module on an archive page —?correct?

Would the work-around for this be to avoid the archive pages and send people to a Shop Page with the filter, pre-select the appropriate brand, and hide the brand filter (so it couldn’t be cleared)? if so, is there a way to pre-select the appropriate brand?

Please advise when you get a sec.
    Thanks again.

It does work with Divi Shop module. Please see our demo here: https://themify.me/demo/themes/divi-filter/

However, we don’t have the feature to preselect existing categories/attributes or toggle the category options conditionally according to the selection.

    Hi Themify.
    Sorry… i swear i’m not trying to be dense…

I have the filter working with the Divi Shop Module and it works quite nicely…

But i think you’re saying that because an archive page would necessarily pre-filter the products so as to display only a certain selection of products, the filter won’t recognize that only certain products are shown and filter attributes within the displayed products. As such, even though the Divi Shop Module does work on an archive page to only display the appropriate archive products, the Themify Product Filter won’t recognize that only certain products are being displayed and will still want to filter the entire product database. Is there anything you might recommend to achieve my desired results?

Please advise when you get a sec… and thanks again for the plugin —?it really DOES work quite nicely with the Divi Shop Module when filtering ALL the products.
    Cheers.

    Let clarify first.

So what you are trying to achieve is:
    – Lets say you have Women category and there are Small and Medium size (attributes) available in Women
    – When a visitor views the Women category, the product filter should only show Small and Medium checkbox option
    – Is that how you want it? We don’t have this feature at the moment.

    Hi!

I also thought to keep this on one thread. I am also having an issue with the filter not working on the Divi shop module. I am not sure what the issue is. I tested an example from Elegant themes’ website (their actual template), but that also doesn’t work.

I’m not sure if it’s the settings or what I am doing wrong, it’s just not filtering. I don’t have any minifying tools etc. on the site.

The link to the shop is : https://withlovemonique.com/shop/

I am happy to provide login credentials if needed.

@elanad2 – The URL you provided currently redirecting to here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/OAuBk6gn

Sorry, it must be the coming soon page redirecting you. I’ve disabled it. The shop page should link to the actual shop page and not Etsy.

On your product filter, do you have “Show results on the same page” selected: https://share.getcloudapp.com/E0uzDlqo?

Based on the source code, you might have plugins that restrict the purchase: https://share.getcloudapp.com/kpu5pybw

Try to disable all plugins except Themify Product Filter and WooCommerce.
