I am having an issue where when your product filter is used along side the Divi Shop module it creates two results sections on top of one another.

Please visit the accompanied link, select a filter, view the results, and you will see what I am talking about.

    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • This is excellent, so far working great on my test site. Will see what it does when I add all the products and categories. I will report back either way.

    thanks a ton!!

I have the Divi Shop module in a page which shows a particular category of products.

I created a filter with one field displaying the subcategories of the category mentioned before.

I created another filter with the named “brands” (product attribute).

I use the shortcode to place the filter in a sidebar.

So, I want in the frontend to have the products of the particular category (through Divi shop module) and the filter in the sidebar should display the attributes of the products that shop module shows. Am I right? On the contrary, the filter displays ALL the attributes of the shop not those that apply to the selected product category (DIVI module).

    Am I missing something?

    Thanks

@benjhedera – The latest Product Filter should work with Divi Shop module now.

@drteddy – What you can do is enable category hierarchy: https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quL9PQo and then use custom CSS to hide the other unwanted categories. We don’t have the option to show sub-categories from a specific category.

One thing I have found is that pagination does not work. Or at least where it shows the results count at the top of the page…. If I am in DIVI visual builder it will show up but when I close out it goes away. If I turn off themify plugin it will come back….

This isn’t the end of the world but it is nice to have sorting as well.

    Any ideas?

@classicdaily – Could you post the URL and step by step to replicate it? Maybe there is not enough products to trigger pagination?

Maybe I’m not calling it the right thing. It’s the line at the top that shows the results and sorting options.

So here is the page with your plugin
    https://1844fab.com/shop/

and here is a clone without it on the left
    https://1844fab.com/shop2/

Look directly above the products. Where it has the “sort by” option.

Also side note is there a way to have a reset button with your plugin?

@classicdaily That product sorting option could be a bug. Will ask our developer to fix it.

thanks! I will watch here for an update.
