Divi shop module

  • Hi,
    My siteweb have this problem: https://www.realluxuryshop.com/shop/
    When I filter by category(first block of sidebar), filter “cravatta”, the filter show me a products but paginations is problem. If I click on another page, the module were wrong and then I can’t returned to start.

    We’ve rolled out a major update. Try the latest version and see if this issue is resolved.

    i thnik the problems is in the new major update – because others page taht i have whit the version 1.2.7 its perfect but new whit the version 1.2.8 doesnt load i have to reload the page and itd funtion – help please

    @lbeto99 – Do you mean the Divi shop module styling changes after filter? We will release an update soon to address that.

    Hello Themify,
    I’m having a hell of a time getting the filters to work on Archive Pages using the DIVI Shop module.

    In the DIVI Shop Module, i’m selecting the following options:
    1. Product View Type: Recent Products —?the archive pages i’m trying to hit with this are the brand pages so i want to make sure all the products with the selected brand archive pages load
    2. Use Current Page: Enabled —?i want to display only the products that are appropriate to the respective Brand Archive pages

    In the Filter, i’ve selected the following:
    Layout: vertical
    Empty Fields: Do not show field if empty
    Product Sorting: YES —?Hide product sorting
    Pagination Option Load More
    Products Per Page: 12
    Toggle Field Groups: Allow field groups toggle-able
    Reset Button: Add reset button at every field group
    Logical Relationship Between Taxonomies: AND
    Result Page Template: Show results on the same page

    While the initial load seems to work (loads only the products on the respective Archive Page), it appears that the filters are not specific to that archive (it appears they relate to the entire database). That is, on this page (https://formtekgroup.wpstagecoach.com/brands/b-and-k/) there are only 9 products showing for Brand = B&K… this is correct. But as you can see, the filters on the page allow for far more than 9 products. And when any of those filters are invoked, it shows products that are NOT Brand = B&K. Additionally, when all the filters are re-set, a 10th product shows up from Dahlstrom.

    Please help when you get a sec —?I’d be happy to jump on a GTM / Skype / Zoom if that helps.
