Hi, sorry but this has nothing to do with my plugin. You should ask the Elegant theme support to see if they can help with your issue.

    Kind regards,

Seems linked to last version of woocommerce. Update Divi to last version and it should work fine

Hi, I just had this issue. As the Admin also got inaccessible I had to login to Elegant theme and download the newest version of DIVI. After that updating DIVI to this new version through FTP. It works fine!

@bjarkej How to update the theme when cannot login to admin?

    1. Go to the Elegant Themes members area and login to your account
    2. Click on the DOWNLOAD THE DIVI THEME button at the top of the page
    3. In your FTP program (I use DreamWeaver which has built-in FTP) access your site files and look for wp-content/theme/Divi.
    4. Rename the Divi folder to Divi-x.
    5. Unzip the latest Divi version you downloaded from Elegant Themes and upload to your server under the wp-content/themes/ folder
    6. You are now running the latest version of Divi

And you can log in again through Admin.

I had a staging site in which I updated the DIVI Theme first and then transferred that to the live site through FTP. In this way I did not loose settings, scrips, etc in DIVI Theme. I don’t know if that happens when you just update the DIVI Theme from Elegant Themes. Hopefully not ??

@bjarkej Thank you so much. Appreciate your effort.

@bjarkej THANK YOU! I just followed your steps and solved this problem in less than 5 minutes! I owe you a beer! ??

Woke up with screenshots from a client with the SAME issue! Thank god someone posted in here both the issue and the solution. Fixed it in 3 minutes. THANK YOU BOTH!!!!

On my part, I used a child theme…

    Regards,
    Lea

    Hi there!

I’m having the same problem and I’m trying to solution mentioned above by @bjarkej . Can I ask if I have to upload the unzipped Divi folder (downloaded from ET) into the Divi-x folder? Did I understand correctly?

    Thanks!
