Divi Forms problem when I active LiteSpeed

    I’m having problems with some (not all) websites where I have included a DIVI form.
    Everything works fine, but after a few days, the form stops working. Does not send the entries. I clean cache, and it starts working. And it can be working for several days, and it stops working again.
    The strange thing is that it only happens on some pages.
    I have FluentSMPT activated, and everything working perfectly. But suddenly the form fails and it’s because of the cache.
    Can you help me?

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox ->report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”
