Divi Contact Form not working after few days with LSC

  • Dear support,

    I use divi contact form and Litespeed cache. The form data can not submit, only If I purge the cache.

    So it works fine for a few days, but not after that. As soon as I click purge all, it works again.

    What can I do?

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”
