    Hi,

Currently we do not have any Divi theme to test. Could you send us one for testing purpose? [email protected]
    Please refer to this topic.

Also could you tell me the exact way how do you added the slider? Copied the shortcode from our interface and pasted it or used our insert slider button above the wysiwyg editor?

    Thank you for the response.

I believe I copied the shortcode from the interface. And I viewed the page and slider was working perfectly but when I went to backend the Divi builder was not there.

I have sent a copy of Divi Theme to the address you shared.

    Best Regards

We have several people who also use Divi and this issue never happened since, so I mark this topic resolved.

I have successfully added Smart Slider 3 to a customer site but cannot get it to work on another. Same set up on the Elegant Themes Divi platform. Nothing shows.

Hi! Please send me a link to your website: [email protected]

There are some troubleshooting documentation in here: https://doc.smartslider3.com/collection/205-troubleshooting
but if I can take a look, I can tell the problem!

Many many thanks for your immediate attention and fix! I have installed other SmartSliders and never had a <code></code> tag added around your shortcode. ?? I’ll check for this problem in the future. Thanks Gabor!!
