Divi builder plugin

  • Hello, Am a new bee to WordPress website design. I just have a lot of question.
    1. If i purchase the divi builder plugin and use it to build my website. During wordpress update or for any other reason i deactivate the plugin during theme update or any reason. Will the build/design of my website change. For example, If i make a simple blog with the divi plugin. and am through building. can i uninstall the plugin when my license expires.
    2. If i pay for the premium theme (Divi) and my license expires. And a friend in my company who uses same theme download manually His copy and shares with me.
    Can i perform manual install on my website. Will it work.
