• I’ve been notified that there is a new version of Divi Builder available and I have a few questions about this:

    1) My website is only comprised of several pages of content, along with a shopping cart. Now that it’s been set-up with the help of a previous version of Divi Builder, I don’t need to update it much at all. Understanding this, do I even need to update Divi Builder?

    2) If it is in my best interest to update Divi Builder, then how can I go about updating to the latest version (2.18.1) if when clicking this link (View version 2.18.1 details) in dashboard, it’s giving me the following error message: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    3) Currently, I’m using an older version of WordPress and I’ve been notified to update to 5.0. Also, I am using Twenty Seventeen and Divi themes, yet am being told to update those as well. The professional who created my website has installed a child theme that I’m using since I needed customization. So, should I update any or all of this? I’m worried that by updating anything, I will mess up my website.

If it is wise to update WordPress, Twenty Seventeen and/or Divi, then please tell me what I should update and how. Updated within WordPress or my hosting panel.

I appreciate your help with this matter and looking forward to hearing back from you,

    Rich.
