    Hi,

I just wanted to let you know that the Divi Theme Builder will not open after updating the plugin to version 2.9.2. (It just shows a spinning wheel and nothing happens).

When I deactivate the Smash Balloon plugin, the builder opens and works normally – and all work is saved. When I reactivate the plugin – the site works fine and changes are visible.

Since I have found a way to make/save changes – this is not an urgent issue – but other Divi theme users might have the same problem so I wanted to give you a head’s up.

(Also – after the update to 2.9.2 I noticed the Instagram images were not showing up on the front end of the site – I read through support tickets and discovered that it is a conflict with the GDPR plugin – I followed your instructions and that cleared up the issue.)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @maggie96,

Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. Looking into the issue disabling the Script Blocker in the GDPR Cookie Consent plugin seems to resolve the issue in the Divi builder as well, not just for displaying the images on the front end. After disabling the script blocker, are you still experiencing the same issue?

If you are, please send us a support request via our website here including the System Info from the plugin’s Support tab as this will help us further troubleshoot the conflict.

    Best regards.

    Hi @joelsmashballoon

It seems the issue did clear up completely by disabling the script blocker in the GDPR Cookie Consent Plugin.

Thank you so much for following up. ??

    Have a terrific day!

    Hey @maggie96,

Glad to hear it! We are currently working on improving our compatibility with these plugins to avoid this type of issue going forward so that they are compatible out of the box as well.

I also wish you a great day ahead!
