Divi Blog on mainpage doesn’t load

I have a blog section that doesn’t load properly when LS Caching is installed.

https://www.screencast.com/t/pDrpb9Fj3After I purge the cache, it works fine for some time but then it’s back to the same blank section. Any ideas?
