    The latest Divi Area Pro update (3.1.15) has caused an error and caused my site to not load.

    I have deactivated the plugin which allowed the site to load but of course the popups do not work. I have tried to delete the plugin in both the WordPress dashboard and Plesk WordPress Toolkit to no avail. My plan was to roll back to an earlier version but cannot delete this version.

    I have attempted to contact premium support via my Divimode account but not heard anything for three days now. I attempted to use their help/chat widget but unfortunately they have disabled it. It was available two days ago but nobody was available for online chat. So no support is being offered right now.

    This is worrying because the popups were an important part of the site and it will certainly affect the business in a negative way.

    If anyone from Divimode sees this can they contact me urgently please.

    I am sorry to hear that you have encountered an issue with the plugin update and are unable to trigger the popup as expected.

    The chat feature is still under development and the development team is testing on keeping it limited to premium users, probably the reason behind no availability on chat.

    Thanks for the link to the account members support page. This was actually my first call for help 3 days ago… however I shall try again.
