@washley – This issue was introduced by latest versions of Divi 4, can’t see how that should be something we need to address on our end ;p.
In general the only issues we have seen is that rows & sections are rendered with widths that are set to specific widths which tend to be wider than the size you select for your popups.
Other than that the only possible cause is that they manually filter the_content to load their styles now (not a great/reliable way to do it), but in general we don’t use the_content. Otherwise it tends to add lots of random crap like author boxes and social sharing buttons to your popups.
So in that case they would also need to hook their filters into pum_popup_content so they scan popups getting rendered as well.
If you get them to answer the question of why it isn’t working, we could possibly help with how that might be affected by our rendering process (which of course is not the same as pages & posts since we load popups on top of pages & posts that already exist).
That said we have not had tickets en-masse for this issue, handful at best that are loosely/possibly related, possibly not since we don’t really know enough about your specific issue currently.
So I’m not sure if it’s actually a bug or just a conflict specific to your site, mainly because we have 10’s of thousands of Popup Maker + Divi users based on our data. That size of overlap should result in tons of tickets, but has not thus far. Maybe 10 divi tickets over the past year, and many of those were when they first launched v4 and were breaking things as fast as they fixed them, only 2 recently (past 2 months) that related to rows not fitting in popups.
Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin or support.
