Div Width Adjust To Content?

  • Hi,

    Can anyone tell me how to adjust a div to the width of the containing content? I’m trying to change the div background on .entry-meta to make it wrap around the text rather than the whole main width. Here’s the link: https://apps.thatrule.com

  • If you want a div to expand to make space for it’s content, then you can give the div it’s width as a percentage.

    Unfortunately when I adjusted the width to a percentage and increased the amount of content the div overflowed and went into two lines. Any further suggestions? Thanks
