    hello, i am confused with this CLS Issue causing in this element `article#post-689>div.inside-article>div.entry-content>p and article#post-689>div.inside-article>div.entry-content>div.table-of-contents, can you check it what a causing?

    btw i am using CLS Debugger For inspecting

  • Hi there,

    that report is telling you which HTML Elements on your page experienced a Layout Shift. They are not telling you what caused the CLS.

    Your CLS issue is caused by the Advert that gets loaded later above the entry content. There is no space for it, so the browser makes room by pushing the content down.

    Speak to your advert provider to make sure the ads have space reserved for them.

    okay got it about ads david, but how to fix that page experience layout shift? thanks

    The layout shift is being caused by the advert.
    How are you adding the advert to the page ?

    i am using wp quads for showing ads

    You should speak with the WP Quads plugin author and ask them why the Adverts are not being loaded in an appropriately sized placeholder.
