Distraction Free Writing Dialog box won't go away

Issue with wordpress after updating. updated to the latest wordpress.

when i click on a page and try to edit text, the distraction free dialog box pops up but doesn’t go away even after clicking the ok button.actually i can’t even click the ok button anymore. can someone help? thanks so much.
