Distorted Youtube Video

    I am trying to build my first site and all went well until I uploaded a video from Youtube.

    On my pc it is very large and stretched vertically and on my laptop it is still very large but stretched horizontally.

    Is it possible for me to change the size? I have tried the crop “thing” in the media settings but don’t seem to be able to alter it at all.

    I would appreciate any help, but please bear in mind I am a beginner.
