I am having problems with distorted Property Listing images on some computers. On two of PCs and my iMac all images on property listing pages look great. On my MacBook Air and one of my pc laptops the images are the correct height but too narrow. The correct rendering and distorted rendering are consistent across all browsers on all computers. ie They work in all browsers on some computers, and are distorted in all browsers on other computers. I have tried clearing all cache files on the server and browsers. I have set image sizes in Activity Manager (not just in global settings), I have made sure all browser windows are full size and not zoomed, and tried turning resize on and off but nothing I have tried so far has made any difference. Images look good on tablets and phones. The url for the rental property development site that is showing these inconsistencies is: https://sanfranjobs.net/vacancies.

SOLVED: I do not know what caused the problem, but it appears that I found a solution. In frontend.css the width for .wpl_prp_cont was set to 33.333%. That was causing images to show at 1/3 intended width. I edited the code to set width to 100% ” .wpl_prp_cont{float:left;width:100%;padding:0 0 20px;margin:2em… ” and that solved the problem. I still do not know why it was working on some computers but not others or how/why it was set to 33% in the first place.

    Hi Bob,

Please make sure your WPL is the latest version(3.2). We have already fixed this issue. Also, if you change the core files your it won’t help. Because in the next version the file will be overwritten. Please create a ticket here for us to investigate the problem:
