    Hi

    Great plugin!

We currently set a very simple structure:

    10K
    £2.54 (Per Item)
    20K
    £3.56 (Per Item)
    30K
    £4.51 (Per Item)
    40K
    £5.78 (Per Item)

It works very well, apart from when a distance of between 20K-30K is chosen the shipping cost should be £3.56(Per Item), however it keeps using the cost of over 30K, when it should use the 20K cost?

    Settings:
    download

Example result where the cost should be £3.56 as its 29K distance however it uses £4.51:
    download-1

Can you help why this would happen? I have also tried it for diatnces of 21k,24k etc and they all use the cost set for 30k and above.

No other distances cause issues, just anything between 21k-29K

I have also tried disabling “Round-up distance”, this has made no difference.

    Hi @dccs52,

My guess you defined rate for products shipping class. Could you please check the advanced settings for the table rate?

    hi

There is currently no shipping classes defined for the whole website, see image:

    download

There are no other shipping rates setup anywhere else on the site.

The advanced settings of the table rate have no extra settings changed.

    Thanks!

Hi, did you create multiple instances of WCSDM within the same shipping zone?

No, only 1 instance of WCSDM within the same shipping zone.

I have updated to the latest version and re-built the shipping costs but the issue was still the same.

I’ve been creative and the only way to get around this issue is i have had to shift the prices around:

    10K
    £2.54 (Per Item)
    20K
    £3.56 (Per Item)
    30K
    £4.51 (Per Item)
    40K
    £5.78 (Per Item)

    and NOW

    10K
    £2.54 (Per Item)
    20K
    £2.54 (Per Item)
    30K
    £3.56 (Per Item)
    40K
    £4.51 (Per Item)
    41k
    £5.78 (Per Item)

    Hi,

It seems it is not a bug. I think it you misunderstanding how is the table rates config works. Let me explain how it is work based your table rates config.

    0.1 KM up to 10 KM = £2.54
    10.1 KM up to 20 KM = £3.56
    20.1 KM up to 30 KM = £4.51
    30.1 KM up to 40 KM = £5.78

40.1 KM and above is out of range. No rates will be calculated. You will see an error printed if you turned on the WooCommerce debug mode on. I hope this this the answer of your issue.
