Distance Rate Shippnig by Distance Range

    Distance Rate Shipping is pretty cool, and I am using the plugin by that name currently, but would like to consolidate to Kikote.

    The missing functionality I would like is shipping price by range.

    1-50 miles is $5 a mile

    51 to 100 miles is $4 a mile, etc.

    Can you guys please consider? And let me know quickly?
