If you click on a payment method in your form, the distance to the top edge of the payment section (2nd column) always moves. This is very bad. I can’t fix this with Elementor. So how to keep the distance to the top constant when clicking on the different payment methods. I didn’t attach a screenshot because the problem is self-explanatory and you can test it yourself quickly. Do you want to offer “this quality” for your customer. No thanks.

And I guess it happens in both your Free and Pro plugin.

Furthermore, by clicking on any payment method, the distance from the 1st column to the top edge is also shifted. It has to do with the input fields. That is clear. Each payment method has more or less input fields. This creates unacceptable shifts to the top edge of each columns.

    EDIT.

I found a solution in Elementor. Layout > Column Position > select “Top” (previously: “Stretch” was set)

Now the two columns no longer shift when you choose / click on a different payment method.

We wonder why you didn’t give the hint in your “documentation” that the columns move when you click on a button. And why don’t you give the hint how to solve it with Elementor. We, the user, has to do it himself, right! That shows your character and the quality in your booth.

@verdun thank you for the question. This is a very common issue with Elementor – the Top setting alignment is necessary when using the plugin because the size of the form changes in it’s column.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
