Dissatisfied with support

  • I was excited about the prospects of this product for a client and purchased the Premium version only to find that you will not be able to download the product unless you give them your federal tax id number. A federal tax id number is not required for purchasing a product and I have never encountered this before. The premium functions I found can be accomplished for my client by simply overriding CSS styles. I contacted support but after several hours they had still not contacted me. I’m hoping their 100% refund policy isn’t a scam.

    we feel sorry for this your experience with us, but we believe this was just a big misunderstanding. Unfortunately, when you wrote us, our offices were closed and that’s why we delayed in response, surely we are in two different time zones.
    Returning to the main issue. Have you been asked to enter your VAT number simply because you have filled the company field and, therefore, we need the VAT number to bill you.
    However, if you do not want to enter this information, or, as happens in some countries where there is no VAT number, you can simply do not fill in (or remove) information relating to the company. In this case, your profile appears to be complete and you can then download the product you purchased.
    That’s it, we do not want your information for reasons other than these.
    We hope that we can overcome this minor inconvenience in the best and hoping to hear from soon.
