dissapearing posts…

Hi, I have so that activity wall allows ‘status updates’ – if I post some text it works fine.
If I add a URL such as youtube, its gives the preview video and posts to activity feed.However, if I refresh the URL post dissapears…
(not using normal URL link adding, just posting a URL direct to activity feed)
It posts it and shows in activity feed, but as soon as refresh it is gone.
everything else posts ok.
