Have you given the Automattic-owned IntenseDebate a try?

Personally, I don’t really like the concept behind IntenseDebate. I am not trying to create intense debates, and I’m not necessarily striving to manipulate users into interacting with my posts. I just want to make it easier for them to do so if that’s what they want. Not every post organically leads to a multiple choice question.
