Disqus Comments Won’t Show Up On Any Article

Hi,
I’ve tried both versions of the Disqus (the latest version and the Beta) but for some reason neither would show Disqus comments.

It looks like the old wordpress comments is the overriding thing. Everything is all set for comments on and each article is open for new comments. I’ve checked on both the Settings/Discussion page along with on Disqus settings to make sure.

Also, is there any way of uploading XML files for comments into Disqus as that is all LiveFyre sent over (aside from a JSON file). I tried uploading both to see but they wouldn’t take.

Thank you and any help would be appreciated in figuring this out. I’ve never had a comment plugin not show up on the site, and I’m sure it’s something simple.
